SexyGF AI supports adult-oriented creative workflows for fictional AI characters. These guidelines define what is allowed, what is prohibited, and how we enforce our safety standards.

These guidelines are part of our Terms of Service. By using SexyGF AI, you agree to comply with both documents.

These guidelines apply to all content on our platform, including AI-generated images, videos, chat conversations, text prompts, and user uploads.

2. Allowed Content and Behavior

2.1 What You Can Create

SexyGF AI is designed for creating fictional adult AI characters. Allowed content includes:

• Fictional adult characters with original personas, names, and appearances
• Adult-oriented scenes featuring fictional characters in consensual contexts
• Styling and customization including fashion, lighting, settings, and camera angles
• Image-to-video workflows using fictional character images
• Chat conversations with fictional AI personas
• Creative prompts describing fictional scenarios and characters

2.2 Good Prompt Practices

Effective prompts on SexyGF AI describe:

• Fictional character traits (hair, eyes, body type, clothing, expression)
• Scene direction (setting, lighting, mood, atmosphere)
• Visual style (art style, quality, camera angle, framing)
• Motion direction for video (movement, gestures, camera motion)

3. Absolutely Prohibited Content (Zero Tolerance)

The following categories of content are absolutely prohibited with zero tolerance. Violations result in immediate account action and may be reported to law enforcement.

3.1 Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Any content involving minors (under 18) in sexual, suggestive, or exploitative contexts is absolutely prohibited, regardless of whether the content is real, fictional, AI-generated, animated, or illustrated.

This includes, without limitation:

• Characters described or depicted as under 18
• Characters with ambiguous age that could be interpreted as minors
• School uniforms, youth settings, or other contextual indicators of minors
• Any prompt referencing minors in conjunction with sexual or suggestive content

We report all suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies worldwide.

3.2 Non-Consensual Content

Content depicting sexual acts, nudity, or intimate situations without the subject's consent is prohibited, including:

• Non-consensual sexual scenarios or roleplay
• Revenge pornography or intimate images shared without consent
• Content depicting drugging, coercion, or incapacitation
• Sexual content combined with violence, force, or harm

3.3 Real-Person Content

All content on SexyGF AI must depict fictional characters only. Creating content that depicts, impersonates, or references any real, identifiable person is strictly prohibited.

This includes:

• Uploading photographs or images of real people
• Requesting AI-generated content that resembles a specific real person
• Using prompts that reference real individuals by name, likeness, or identifying characteristics
• Celebrity impersonation or lookalike requests
• Deepfake content of any kind

Our platform uses facial recognition technology to detect and block real-person content in uploads and generated outputs.

3.4 Bestiality

Content involving sexual acts with animals is absolutely prohibited.

3.5 Extreme Violence Combined with Sexual Content

Sexual content combined with graphic violence, torture, mutilation, or extreme harm is absolutely prohibited.

4. Prohibited Content

The following content is prohibited and will be blocked, removed, or result in account action:

• Content targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
• Content glorifying or celebrating violence against identifiable groups

• Content depicting, promoting, or encouraging self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders
• Content providing instructions for self-harm or suicide methods

4.3 Illegal Activities

• Content facilitating illegal activities (drug manufacturing, weapons, trafficking)
• Content that violates applicable laws in any jurisdiction

4.4 Harmful Content

• Malware, viruses, or code designed to disrupt or damage systems
• Phishing, scam, or fraudulent content
• Spam or unsolicited promotional content
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others

5. Prohibited Behaviors

5.1 Content Moderation Circumvention

• Attempting to bypass, disable, or circumvent our content moderation systems
• Using misspellings, code words, or obfuscation to disguise prohibited requests
• Using prompt injection, adversarial inputs, or jailbreaking techniques
• Retrying blocked prompts with minor variations

5.2 Platform Abuse

• Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions
• Scraping, harvesting, or collecting data from our Services without authorization
• Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing access to our Services
• Using automated tools to abuse our generation systems
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract our AI models

5.3 Upload Abuse

• Uploading content you do not have the right to use
• Uploading content that depicts real people without their consent
• Uploading content that violates any provision of these guidelines
• Uploading content designed to test or probe our moderation systems

6. Content Moderation Systems

6.1 Multi-Layer Moderation

We employ a multi-layered content moderation system to enforce these guidelines:

Every text prompt is analyzed before generation. Prompts that contain or are detected to be attempting to generate:

• CSAM or minor-related content
• Real-person references (names, celebrity names)
• Extreme violence or gore
• Non-consensual scenarios

6.3 Upload Moderation

All uploaded images are scanned for:

• Real-person faces: Using AWS Rekognition to detect human faces. If a real face is detected, the upload is flagged and the user must confirm the content is AI-generated or that they have authorization
• CSAM: Using industry-standard hash-matching (PhotoDNA/CSAI) against known databases
• Prohibited content: Using AWS Rekognition content moderation labels

6.4 Output Moderation

All AI-generated content is classified after generation using our NSFW and safety classifiers. Content that is classified as violating our policies may be:

• Blocked from delivery to the user
• Deleted from our systems
• Logged for compliance and legal purposes

7. Reporting Violations

7.1 How to Report

If you encounter content that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately:

• Include: Description of the violation, any relevant URLs or screenshots, and the context in which you encountered the content

7.2 What Happens After a Report

1. We will acknowledge your report within 24 hours

4. If the violation involves illegal content, we will report it to relevant law enforcement authorities
5. We will inform you of the outcome where appropriate

7.3 Protection for Reporters

We do not tolerate retaliation against users who report violations in good faith. If you report a violation, your identity will be kept confidential.
